Grad-System in France produces a range of elegant and economical aluminium rail profiles with POM plastic clips to enable fastener-free mounting of battens, cladding and even decking. Smartdeck carries only a small selection of the possible range (items below), but can source the full range, including structural rails and supports for large projects. Grad Mini Rail
The mini rail enables simple and rapid installation of clips to hold pre-grooved battens which are available in various species and profiles. The rail can be installed straight or bent around a curve, and the clips can be fixed with a jig for rapid installation.
Grad Sliding Clip
The Sliding Clip snaps onto the rail and can be easily re-positioned before fixing in place with a screw. A custom jig enables rapid accurate installation at fixed spacings.

The Solo Clip is for use without a rail, directly screwed to timber or masonry.
